Giving loyalty points
Via payment linking
Automatically identify and reward customers via their payment card. Completely frictionless: just pay, walk away, get rewarded.
Via their digital loyalty card
Customers can scan their digital loyalty card in store from their Apple/Google Wallet, your personalised loyalty microsite or the Loyalzoo app.
Via phone number or email
Tellers can quickly look up customers with any of their details (name, email, phone number), or customers can check themselves in when theyâre in store.
After a transaction
When a transaction is not associated to a loyalty member, a special QR code is printed on the receipt. Customers can scan this to claim their points and/or sign up to your loyalty programme.
After identification
After a customer has identified themselves using any of the methods above, they can ask to redeem their rewards.
Self-redeem
Customers can also choose to redeem a reward by directly scanning its QR code at the till. This will automatically associate them with the transaction and âburnâ the reward.

The Loyalzoo software runs on all computers, tablets or smartphones and most touchscreen tills/EPOS terminals. You will also need a stable internet connection. We recommend using broadband/WiFi, although a stable 3G connection will work too. |

Your customer list belongs to you. You can always download it, and access it via your admin area as long as you have an active merchant account with Loyalzoo. Customer details, such as their name, photo and contacts, are also yours to use, but are shared with other merchants who transact with the same customer. However the transactional data and points between you and your customers are yours only. No data is fed into other third-party systems without your consent. |
It depends on your business. For example, a restaurant can run a wine club with a monthly subscription, a hair salon can offer unlimited hair cuts for a fixed monthly fee, a retailer can offer free delivery for a monthly or annual fee, a cafeteria could offer 50% off every time for a weekly subscription, and a car wash can offer unlimited washes for a monthly fee.
Subscription programs change consumer behaviour to make sure your business is the default choice when customers purchase. Subscription services suit any business model.
By default, recurring payments will be processed by Stripe.

We charge no setup fees, and our monthly price includes everything. UK VAT (value added tax) is charged on top of our prices only for UK customers.
Any processing fees for recurring payments will come from your payment processor.
