Messaging credits are sold in blocks of 1,000. You can purchase up to 25 blocks. Pricing is tiered:

  • Blocks 1–4: $25 per block per month
  • Blocks 5–9: $20 per block per month
  • Blocks 10–25: $15 per block per month

SMS traffic uses your messaging credits based on the destination country of the customer. For example:

  • One SMS message sent to a USA or Canadian phone number uses 1 messaging credit
  • One SMS message sent to a phone number in UK or Australia uses 2 messaging credits, due to the higher charges applied by carriers in those countries
