Please follow these steps to get started

Create a reward

Create at least one reward by tapping the red button below. Once this is done, your loyalty program will be active and ready to use.

Customers sign up

Sign up customers to your loyalty program by typing their name in the Loyalzoo search box available in the Notifications (swipe down from the top of the POS screen), or the “Loyalzoo Checkins” button within the Register app. Select “Create Customer” if they’re not found.

Works for all your customers

Available directly from your Clover register, or as a sticky notification (swipe down from top of screen). Sign customers up to your loyalty program using their phone number or email address, or ask customers to check-in to your store using the free Loyalzoo app. Loyalty points are automatically calculated based on spend (Register Plan only) and delivered to customers by SMS or email.

Your loyalty customers are just a tap away

If you have the Clover Register Plan, the smart Loyalzoo button within the Register app will show your customers list. Tap to select the customer you’re serving, then tap back into the register to complete the order. Once payment is complete, points will be automatically awarded. Alternatively get customers to use their payment card as their loyalty card to accumulate points.

Rewards that won't slow you down

When customers wish to redeem points for a reward, just tap on the yellow reward bar. Points are removed, and the reward will automatically show up in their order as a free item or as a discount (Register Plan only).

Easily migrate data from older loyalty programs

With Loyalzoo you can also import data from older loyalty programs, so your customers will continue from where they left off.
